Makedo Maker Passport Sweepstakes - Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The Promoter is Makedo Pty Ltd (ABN 97 138 360 335), located at 4 Paterson Street, Abbotsford VIC 3067, Australia.
2. Eligibility
This sweepstakes ("Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotional Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM CST on June 29, 2025, and ends at 1 PM CST on July 2, 2025 ("Promotional Period").
4. How to Enter
During the Promotional Period, eligible participants may enter by:
a) Visiting any of the six (6) participating booths at the ISTE LIVE 2025 event;
b) Collecting a Maker Passport from a participating booth;
c) Visiting each of the six (6) participating booths and collecting a unique stamp from each (1 stamp per booth);
d) Completing the digital entry form on the Maker Passport with the following information: first name, last name, email address, school or organization, state of school or organization,and zip code; and
e) Submitting the fully stamped passport and completing the digital entry form, at any of the six (6) participating booths.
5. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
6. Entry Limit
Limit of one (1) entry per person, regardless of the method of entry. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
7. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Mega Maker Bundle with an approximate retail value of up to US$1,736. The exact contents of the prize bundle will be determined by the Promoter at its sole discretion. The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other alternative.
8. Winner Selection and Notification
A winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. The draw will take place at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas on 07/02/25, CST. The winner will be notified by email by 07/11/25.
9. Publication of Winner
The winner's first name, last initial, school or organisation and state will be published at https://www.linkedin.com/company/makedo/posts/?feedView=all by 7/17/25.
10. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.
11. Privacy
By entering this Promotion, participants agree that the Promoter may collect, use, and disclose personal information provided with the entry in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at https://hub.make.do/policies and solely for the purposes of administering this Promotion.
12. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
13. Governing Law
This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
