When will my order arrive?
Delivery to Australia:
Standard shipping orders are dispatched within 2 business days and generally arrive between 2-5 days from dispatch.
During peak periods dispatch delays may occur.

Store Pickup:
Standard Orders can be collected from Makedo HQ in Abbotsford, Melbourne. Simply choose Pickup (Free) as your shipping method at checkout and we'll be there to greet you with a smile.
Pickup time:
9am-5pm Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
* Melbourne Warehouse: Due to delays with our courier partners, please be aware that AU delivery times may extend by up to 4 business days until further notice.

Orders to Australian and New Zealand destinations ship from Makedo HQ in Abbotsford, Melbourne.
Orders are processed and dispatched every second business day.

Yes, we can ship to almost anywhere in the world that receives regular postal services.

What can I do if I haven't received my order yet?
If you have not received your order by the estimated arrival date in your confirmation email, first check with your local postal service to see if they are holding your order. If after this your order cannot be located, please contact our customer support team at: hello@make.do

The first step is to contact us and provide as much information as possible to support your request. Our support staff will assess and respond accordingly.
