When will my order arrive?

All US and Canadian orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days.
During peak periods dispatch delays may occur.
Orders to the US are shipped using 4-8 day USPS / DHL Ground Parcel. Orders to Canada are shipped using the most suitable destination-based option (road or air freight) with various carriers.
Shipping times are estimates only. Once your parcel has shipped it becomes the responsibility of the courier service.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship to almost anywhere in the world that receives regular postal services! Head to Makedo International to place your order.

 

Where do you ship from?

Orders for UK and EU destinations ship locally from Bristol.
- EU customers can also order from Makedo International Store (shipping from Hong Kong).
Orders for US and Canadian destinations ship locally from Utah.
Please note: Canadian orders may be subject to import duties. See below.
Orders for Australian destinations ship locally from Melbourne.
All other orders ship internationally from Hong Kong.

 

Do you offer Express Shipping?

Currently there is no Express Shipping option for US or Canadian Makedo orders.

 

How will we know when our order has been dispatched?

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order has shipped from our warehouse.

 

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order dispatches, we will email you a tracking number.

 

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we can ship to valid PO Box and military addresses.

 

Canadian Orders: Will there be any import taxes/customs duties?

This really depends on the value of your order and the policy of your local Customs authority. You may be liable for any or all of the following taxes: customs duty, excise duty and import duty. All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Your local post office can give you advice regarding international online purchases. The HS Code for Makedo is 9503.00.0073. 

Alternatively review the relevant information from the Canada Border Services Agency.

 

Will my credit card payment incur additional fees or charges?

You will be charged in USD for your order, with no currency conversion. As Makedo is based in Australia, some banks may apply an International Transaction Fee in addition to the value of your order (usually 1-3% of the invoice total). This is entirely dependent on the policy of the Credit Card issuing bank.     Read more...

NOTE: To ensure you are not charged an International Transaction Fee, payment can be made using your credit card via the PayPal gateway at checkout. This will incur no additional charges and Guest payments do not require a PayPal account.

 

What can I do if I haven't received my order yet?

If you have not received your order by the estimated arrival date in your confirmation email, first check with your local postal service to see if they are holding your order. If after this your order cannot be located, please contact our customer support team at: hello@make.do

Makedo’s Utah warehouse is continuing to process orders as best they can while operating in accordance with local Government directives.
