Both my older children (9 and 14) absolutely love the discovery kit. The have used it to make a cardboard fort for the cat and a car.
The tools are easy to use, safe, and great for them to use alone.
Added bonus of recycling all the boxes from my deliveries.

Since receiving these, my 10yo son has recruited his siblings to build a fort. Each new cardboard box that enters the house now becomes an addition to the fort. The tools are sturdy, meant for indelicate children's hands. My boys especially love the saw, but as the get older, the scoring tool will allow them more nuance in their creations. So much screen-free fun!
