Makedo Community Early Access Terms

1. Overview

These Terms apply to the Makedo Community Early Access promotion (“Promotion”), which provides early access to limited-time discounts ahead of Makedo’s Black Friday Cyber Monday (BFCM) event.  By participating, you agree to these Terms and to Makedo’s Terms of Service.

The Promotion runs from Thursday, 6 November 2025 at 10:00 am AEDT until Monday, 10 November 2025 at 10:00 am AEDT.

2. Eligibility

• The Promotion is open to all customers subscribed to Makedo’s community or mailing list before or during the promotion period.

• Offer available to eligible customers worldwide through www.make.do.

• Wholesale and distributor purchases are excluded.
  
  

3. Offer Details

During the Promotion, eligible customers can unlock 20% off full-priced products sitewide, including virtual bundles, when they apply their unique discount code at checkout.

Conditions:

• Discount applies only to full-priced products and virtual bundles available during the Promotion.

• Gift cards are excluded.

• Promotional codes must be entered during checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed.

• Only one promotional code may be used per order.

• The Promotion cannot be combined with any other discount, voucher, or promotion, including the subsequent BFCM offer.

• Free shipping thresholds and delivery fees continue to apply in accordance with Makedo’s Shipping policy.

• Offer valid only during the Promotion Period and while stocks last.

4. Shipping and Delivery

All orders placed during the Promotion are subject to Makedo’s Shipping policy. Delivery times vary by region and carrier. Makedo is not responsible for delays caused by postal or customs services.

 

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds for purchases made during this Promotion are subject to Makedo’s Refund Policy.

• Faulty or damaged items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at the price paid.

• Change-of-mind returns are accepted within the standard return window and refunded at the original discounted value.

• If a replacement is required for a faulty or damaged item, Makedo will exchange it for the same product and honour the promotional price initially paid.

• Promotional pricing cannot be applied to new or different items purchased after the Promotion has ended.

6. General

• Offer is available while stocks last.

• Codes are non-transferable and hold no cash value.

• Makedo reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without notice.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, with local consumer protections applying where relevant.

These Terms govern the Makedo Black Friday Cyber Monday 2025 promotion (“Promotion”), offering customers the opportunity to unlock 20% off full-priced products sitewide during the promotional period.

By participating, you agree to these Terms and to Makedo’s Terms of Service. 

The Promotion runs from Monday, 10 November 2025 at 3:00 pm AEDT until Tuesday, 2 December 2025 at 3:59 pm AEDT.

 

2. Eligibility

• Open to all customers worldwide purchasing through www.make.do.

• Applies to individuals, families, educators, and organisations.

• Wholesale and distributor orders are excluded from this Promotion.

3. Offer Details

During the Promotion, customers can unlock 20% off full-priced products, including virtual and physical bundles, when the qualifying spend threshold is met and a valid promotional code is applied at checkout.

Conditions:

• The minimum spend requirement and applicable currency are displayed at checkout based on your location.

• Discount applies only to full-priced products, physical and virtual bundles available during the Promotion.

• Excludes gift cards and any items marked explicitly as excluded.

• Promotional codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be added after purchase.

• Only one promotional code may be used per order.

• This offer cannot be combined with any other discount, voucher, or promotion.

4. Bundles and Limited Offers

• Bundled sets and limited-edition items are available only while stocks last.

• Bundle contents are fixed and cannot be altered or substituted.

• Bundles contribute toward the qualifying spend threshold.
  

5. Pricing and Currency

All prices and spend thresholds are displayed in the local currency shown at checkout. Amounts include applicable taxes where required by law.  Makedo is not responsible for any bank or exchange fees related to international transactions.

• The Promotion ends at 11:59 pm EST on Monday, 1 December 2025, which corresponds to Tuesday, 2 December 2025 at 3:59 pm AEDT.
  

9. Governing Law

The laws of Australia govern these Terms.  All promotions operate under Australian Consumer Law, with local consumer protections applying in the customer’s country where relevant.
