Makedo Content Creator Program
These terms and conditions govern the participation in the Makedo Content Creator Program ("Program"). By joining this Program, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions at all times.
Acceptable Use
As a participant in our Program, you agree to use the Program for legal purposes only and agree not to:
- Harass or mistreat other members of the Program;
- Violate the rights or intellectual property of Makedo or any third party;
- Engage in fraudulent activities or practices;
- Post inappropriate or offensive material.
Violation of these terms may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Program, as well as legal action if necessary.
Accounts
By creating an account on our Shopify Site, you agree to:
- Maintain the security and privacy of your account, including passwords and sensitive information;
- Ensure all personal information provided is accurate and up to date.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions.
Commissions
Content creator commissions will be active for 4 weeks from the date of enrollment in the Program and will remain active for 4 weeks after each post tagging Makedo.
Commissions will be set to 0% if a content creator does not post about Makedo within 4 weeks. To reactivate commissions, content creators must notify the Makedo team at least 2 days before posting. Otherwise, commission reactivation is at the discretion of Makedo.
Commissions are earned solely through the content creator's organic reach on social media. Makedo reserves the right to permanently set commissions to 0% if it is believed that the content creator has leaked their affiliate link or code.
Violation of any law or these Terms and Conditions may result in removal from the content creator program.
Free Product, Shipping, and Delivery
The free product provided is subject to availability and may be modified, rejected, or cancelled at Makedo's discretion.
Product delivery will be via the most economical shipping method for the recipient's region. Delivery times may vary depending on the selected method. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes.
Links to Other Websites
Makedo is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites linked on our Site. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions and privacy policies of these sites before use.
Limitation of Liability
Makedo and its affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from participation in the Program.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Changes
These terms and conditions may be amended to maintain compliance with the law and reflect changes to the Program's operation. Users will be notified of changes via email or a notice on our site.
